Flourish Women has been established since 2019, which is a ministry division of L.I.F.T ( Ladies In Faith Together) International Inc Women's Ministry established in 2014. Flourish Women Magazine was birth in 2022 and it has been known for an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus for us to grow into the business we are today.

Our magazine is a quarterly magazine that's released during the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons. This magazine was inspired by Dr. Nicckay's passion to uplift, empower, encourage, inspire, birth out and push women. Flourish Women Magazine will focus on women, teens, and girls from all backgrounds and walks of life along with a variety of topics that will educate an audience of people all over the world. Some of our topics in our magazine will be about women's health, relationships and love, women in ministry, women in business, mental health, make up and fashion, to name a few. This magazine is for women, teens and girls who are flourishing in the earth and helping others too flourish by using the gifts that God has given them.  

The vision of L.I.F.T (Ladies In Faith Together) International Inc. Women’s Ministry is a ministry beyond the four walls of the church that empowers, equips, LIFTS in prayer, platform woman, and women in ministry with the belief that the world is my pulpit. It’s ministry is to seek to fulfill Christ’s mission by encouraging women to fulfill their call to a God given ministry of discipleship, stewardship and servant leadership via networking, teaching, coaching, mentoring, workshops and conferences, building strong relationships, and building up women with a sense of belonging to God and each other, enabling them to become all they are to be in Christ, and equipping them for kingdom works and to bless others with the love, grace, and truth of Jesus Christ as women who flourish in there arena  and area of influence through the 7 mountains. “So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up” (Eph. 4:11-12)
